Founded in 2017, Komplete quickly established itself as a premier supplier of modular solutions for remote camps and site offices across Canada. Our rapid growth stems from our deep understanding of industry challenges and customer needs, as well as our commitment to executing projects at a high level. This dedication has enabled us to establish a strong reputation and generate numerous word-of-mouth referrals.
2017: THE BEGINNING
The story of Komplete Modular Solutions Ltd. began in 2017 when industry veterans Graham Schulte, Ryan Schonauer, and Brent Schulte came together to create a new industrial modular supply company. From the outset, the company has focused on providing high-quality equipment while consistently delivering excellent service to the oil and gas, mining, and construction industries. With just over twenty serial-numbered assets, the Komplete venture was launched.
2020: RAISING THE BAR
Brent Schulte retired in 2020, marking the end of his 30-plus-year career in the modular industry. Following his retirement, the ownership team of Komplete now consists of Graham Schulte and Ryan Schonauer.
During its first three years of operation, Komplete established a strong reputation by understanding the challenges faced by the industry and its customers. This understanding, combined with the execution of high-quality projects, resulted in numerous word-of-mouth referrals. Consequently, the company experienced growth in both its geographic presence and fleet size.
By the end of 2020, Komplete was successfully executing projects across seven provinces and two territories, as well as undertaking its first project in the United States.
2024: COMPASS GROUP PARTNERSHIP
After several years of collaborating on turnkey projects, Compass Group Canada acquired a majority stake in Komplete Modular Solutions Ltd. in August 2024. This partnership is designed to support Komplete’s ongoing growth in Canada.
