Founded in 2017, Komplete has quickly grown into one of Canada's leading remote camp and site office modular solutions suppliers. Komplete has enjoyed rapid growth due to genuinely understanding industry and customer challenges and executing projects at a high level, resulting in a strong reputation and many word-of-mouth referrals.
2017: THE BEGINNING
The Komplete Modular Solutions Ltd. story begins in 2017, when industry veterans Graham Schulte, Ryan Schonauer, and Brent Schulte joined forces to launch a new industrial modular supply company.
From the start, the company’s focus would be to provide high-quality equipment while consistently striving towards delivering service excellence to the oil & gas, mining, and construction industries.
Armed with just over twenty serial-numbered assets, the Komplete venture began.
2020: RAISING THE BAR
With his retirement, Brent Schulte’s 30-plus-year career in the modular industry ended in 2020. Komplete’s ownership team would now comprise Graham Schulte and Ryan Schonauer.
Throughout the first three years of operations, Komplete’s ability to understand industry and customer challenges and, in turn, the execution of projects at a very high level led to a strong reputation and many word-of-mouth referrals. The result would be a growing geographical presence and fleet.
By the end of 2020, Komplete would find itself executing projects in seven provinces and two territories and its first project in the United States.
2024: COMPASS GROUP PARTNERSHIP
After many years of collaborating on turnkey projects together, Compass Group Canada acquired a majority stake in Komplete Modular Solutions Ltd. in August 2024. The partnership aims to support Komplete’s ongoing growth in Canada.

2025: TODAY
Today, Komplete owns a very large and diverse fleet of modular assets designed to serve Canada's remote oil and gas, mining, and construction industries.
