PCL, one of North America’s largest general contractors contracted Komplete to provide executive turnkey remote accommodations for 31 persons in a remote area of Northern Manitoba to support a major water infrastructure construction project.

31 well-appointed, hotel-style rooms with private washrooms and kitchenettes, Wi-Fi access, and TVs with satellite.
Project construction possessed extreme Northern winter weather challenges.
Water & sewage storage, and power generation units were commissioned on site.
Assisted in engineering, permit application, and approval process.
Completed full commissioning of the facility, including; water, sewer, propane, mechanical, and electrical site services.
Ongoing maintenance support.
